Over the last few months I’ve been with The Orange Works to develop my latest piece of writing for the Edinburgh Fringe – Being Frank. This new work explores the relationship between men and mental health, and was born out of my own battles with depression and anxiety over recent years.
Being Frank is honest, it has humour, original songs and music, and I hope it will provoke people, men in particular, to open up about their mental health. It’s time we lost those stigmas. #IAmBeingFrank
Being Frank will preview at Tonbridge Old Fire Station on July 31st, then onto The Oast Theatre on August 4th, before being at the Edinburgh Fringe from August 12th.
